Production of coconut oil and coconut flour

The production process of coconut oil and coconut flour begins with the planting of GMO-free seed of the coconut palm and its growth. The trees are grown on organic fields of Sri Lanka.

Production of coconut oil is also the fertilization of the earth. For this purpose we choose organic fertilizers that support the growth of the tree and fruit. Under optimum conditions, coconut palms can measure up to 30 meters.

For the production of coconut oil and flour are used only the freshest nuts, which are transported to the production plant in Sri Lanka. Coconuts are first crushed, then are subjected to a light heat treatment to then was filtered three times.

Thus the resulting oil poured into jars. A byproduct of getting oil from the pulp of the nut is flour.
